Why West Code

West Code builds engineering teams around ownership and strong technical delivery, not just individual roles. We are developing a dedicated business unit focused on technology projects for banks, investment firms and other financial-services organisations.

We value analysts who can do more than document tickets. The strongest profiles understand the business process, can challenge unclear requirements and know how to work with engineering teams until a solution is genuinely ready to deliver.

If you understand financial-services environments and enjoy turning complex business problems into clear technology work, apply and let’s talk.
