Senior Agile Delivery Manager

Krakow-based opportunity with a hybrid work model, including up to 3 remote days per week.

As a Senior Agile Delivery Manager, you will be working for our client, leading Agile delivery across technology and business change initiatives. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage delivery risks and dependencies, and help ensure valuable outcomes are achieved on time and in line with relevant governance and controls.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies, planning, prioritisation and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business and technology.
• Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and impediments.
• Provide clear reporting on delivery progress, health and key decisions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, Product Owners and delivery partners.
• Promote collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement.
• Ensure delivery follows relevant policies, standards and governance controls.
• Support resource planning, release planning and benefits tracking.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience managing Agile delivery in a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban or similar Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• The ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in financial services or another regulated environment.
• An Agile or project management certification.

Language Required for the role: Fluent English.
