About the project

Join an international team responsible for supporting and developing the SAP Ariba environment. In this role, you will support applications and procurement processes, resolve incidents, and help ensure system stability. The position combines L2 support with problem analysis, configuration, testing, and close collaboration with business and technology teams. It is a great opportunity for someone with SAP Ariba experience who would like to further develop their expertise in procurement and supplier management processes.

Your responsibilities

• Providing L2 support for SAP Ariba, particularly across Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, Invoicing, and Supplier Lifecycle
• Analyzing and resolving functional and basic technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and recommending permanent solutions
• Monitoring system performance, job failures, interfaces, and integrations, as well as escalating complex incidents to L3 support and SAP
• Supporting user access, roles, and master data updates, including supplier/vendor data and catalog enablement
• Participating in SIT/UAT testing, minor enhancements, patches, and releases, as well as troubleshooting configuration-related issues
• Collaborating with business and technology teams and maintaining knowledge base articles, documentation, and standard operating procedures

Our requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Ariba support or similar procurement platforms
• Strong understanding of procurement and supplier lifecycle processes, combined with practical experience with SAP Ariba
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
• Basic knowledge of system integrations and the ability to analyze issues related to applications, data, and interfaces
• Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology teams
• Very good command of Polish and English
• Residency in Poland
• Availability to work in a hybrid model with 3 days per week from the Warsaw office

Optional

• Experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or another regulated industry
• SAP Ariba and/or SAP certifications
• Experience working in a global, diverse, and multicultural environment
