About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to support the ramp-up of our global SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite implementation practice. You will lead end-to-end EC workstreams, serving as the functional authority on Core HR design, configuration, and delivery for enterprise clients undergoing HR digital transformation. You'll bring hands-on expertise in Employee Central data models, business rules, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), position management, and global employment configurations, collaborating with client stakeholders, integration teams, and the wider SAP delivery team to deliver robust, scalable EC solutions aligned with the SAP Activate Methodology.

Essential Job Functions

• Design, configure, and validate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules including Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, MDF objects, and Employee Information portlets.
• Build and maintain EC data models (Corporate Data Model, Succession Data Model, Country-Specific Data Model) aligned with client organisational structures.
• Configure business rules (Save, OnInit, onChange, Derivation rules) to automate HR workflows, enforce data validations, and drive field-level behaviour.
• Design and implement Position Management configurations including position types, position-to-incumbent relationships, budget controls, and headcount management.
• Configure Employment and Compensation Information portlets, global assignments, concurrent employment, and multiple assignments per client requirements.
• Define and implement Event Reason Derivation rules for hire, transfer, termination, and other HR action types.
• Set up Workflow configurations (approval workflows, email notifications, delegation, escalation) for EC transactions.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard Workshops to present standard SuccessFactors EC capabilities, identify configuration gaps, and propose resolutions.
• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with HR stakeholders, translating business needs into configuration specifications and functional design documents.
• Design and oversee integration solutions between EC and downstream systems, including SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP), third-party payroll engines, benefits providers, and talent modules.
• Lead data migration activities including legacy HCM data mapping, HRIS data cleansing, template preparation, mock loads, data validation, and production cutover.
• Develop test scripts, execute unit testing, coordinate integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for EC workstreams.
• Lead go-live readiness activities including cutover planning, parallel run coordination, and hypercare support.
• Mentor junior consultants and functional analysts on EC configuration standards, best practices, and SAP Activate delivery methodology.

Wymagania

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of progressive SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors experience, with deep specialisation in Employee Central.
• Minimum 3 full-lifecycle Employee Central implementations as Lead Functional Consultant.
• Proven hands-on experience with EC data models, business rules engine, RBP, position management, and global employment scenarios.
• Experience in at least one multi-country global EC rollout.
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (required)
• Fluency in German (min.B2)

Nice to have:

• Master's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in SAP ECC HCM-to-SuccessFactors migration projects is a strong advantage.
• Additional SAP SuccessFactors module certifications are a strong advantage (e.g., Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation).
• SAP Activate Methodology certification is a plus.
