About the Project

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Design Engineer to join an advanced engineering project within the automotive electronics industry.

The project focuses on the development of a Rapid Power Reservoir, requiring expertise in electronic circuit design, validation, and optimization for automotive applications.

The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of reliable, cost-effective electronic solutions intended for high-volume manufacturing.

This opportunity is particularly suited to an engineer with extensive hands-on experience in analog and digital electronics, a strong understanding of electronic design processes, and the ability to work independently within an international engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic circuits and devices for automotive applications, ensuring high reliability, cost efficiency, and suitability for high-volume production.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, PCB layouts, and electrical specifications.

• Perform circuit calculations, simulations, and design verification.

• Develop validation plans and conduct prototype testing.

• Design and optimize electronic circuits for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).

• Collaborate with electronic component suppliers to support design decisions and component selection.

• Identify opportunities to improve existing designs in terms of cost, quality, and performance.

• Participate in technical design reviews and contribute to engineering decisions.

• Cooperate with local and international engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Ensure compliance with established electrical design processes, quality standards, and project timelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of professional experience in electronics design and development.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Strong hands-on experience in designing and testing analog and digital electronic circuits.

• Proven expertise in microcontroller-based systems, medium-power analog circuits, and signal measurement.

• Practical experience with electronic design CAD tools and circuit simulation software.

• Experience in schematic design, PCB development, circuit calculations, and prototype validation.

• Ability to independently analyze technical requirements and develop reliable electronic solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to design quality.

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in the automotive electronics industry.

• Practical knowledge of EMI/EMC requirements, testing, and design optimization.

• Familiarity with high-speed digital interfaces.

• Flexibility to support project activities when required.
