SAP Data Management Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Management Lead to support a large-scale separation/carve-out program. You will lead data governance, migration, quality, validation, and delivery activities across SAP and non-SAP environments while collaborating with Business, IT, Legal, Privacy, and Buyer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data governance and ownership frameworks

• Define data scope, Minimum Viable Dataset (MVD), and migration strategy

• Manage data discovery, assessment, and business workshops

• Oversee data quality, cleansing, and validation activities

• Coordinate data extraction, migration planning, and cutover readiness

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, privacy, and data-sharing requirements

• Drive business sign-offs and Day 1 data readiness

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Migration

• Strong SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA knowledge

• Experience with SAP Master Data, Transactional Data, and migration programs

• Strong understanding of data quality and governance frameworks

• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in carve-outs, separations, M&A, or divestitures

• Knowledge of Syniti, SNP, Data Services, or similar tools

• Understanding of SAP Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, or Maintenance processes
