Product Manager

About the project

We hire for one thing above all: the ability to take a product, make the decisions, ship it, and show what moved. Not "responsible for an area". Accountable for a result you can explain.

Synerise is not just another tech company. It is a space where our brilliant team consequently brings technology change to the business world and instead of following known paths, we are creating a new one – a next-generation, fully personalized and AI-driven customer experience.

We successfully deliver an all-in-one tool - Synerise (YouTube link). An ever-evolving behavioral data platform, enhanced by AI to generate outstanding ROI in more than 30 markets for industry leaders in Retail, Banking, eCommerce, Automotive, Insurance, and Telco, processing more than 150 billion transactions annually.

However, we don't limit ourselves solely to this solution. We're building BaseModel (website link) - a foundation model for behavioral data embedded within a novel platform for enterprise Data Science teams, that is another step on our path to create innovation in AI and demonstrate AI's potential for the business.

‍

Having such great solutions, we are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our Product Team.

Your responsibilities

How we work:

-You talk to clients and users directly. No layer between you and the people who use what you build.

-You sit with engineering, not above it. Specs are written to be executed - by engineers and, increasingly, by AI agents.

-AI is part of how we work. We use agents, skills and MCP every day, in our own work and in what we ship.

-Decisions are documented. A one-page decision record beats a 30-slide deck.

-Products ship on the platform used by large enterprise clients. Your work is in production and measured within weeks, not quarters.

What will you do on a daily basis?:

-You will own one of our key product areas or cross-functional features on the platform. We decide which one with you, once you know the platform.

-You start with an onboarding across the product, not inside a single corner of it. You work with the PMs who own the areas today, join releases, client requests and planning, and take responsibility for real pieces of operational work from the first weeks. That is how you learn the platform from the inside - and how we learn where you are strongest.

-Then you take your area. The scope you start with matches your experience; it grows as you prove it.

-You report to the Head of Product and work directly with engineering leads, designers, data scientists and the teams that implement Synerise at clients.

Our requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, delivering measurable business impact from concept to launch.
• A product you can describe end to end. Something you were accountable for: what it was before, what you decided, what shipped, what moved, what you got wrong. A capability, a feature, a side project with real users or a process you owned all count - depth matters, scale does not.
• Fluent in the agentic stack. You know how today's AI agents are built and extended (skills, MCP servers, connectors to tools and data) and you use them in your own work every day. You keep up as this stack changes and can tell what is worth adopting.
• Technical fluency. You read an API doc, a data model and a query without help, and you prototype with current AI tools.
• Decisions backed by data. You define a metric, pull the number and change course because of it.
• Product judgment over process. You know what to cut and can say why.
• Clear communication in Polish and English (at least C1), with engineers and with clients.

Optional

• Experience with Synerise or similar platforms: behavioral data, personalization, customer data or marketing automation.
• A background in e-commerce, retail, banking or telco.
• Hands-on experience with AI products - building them or shipping on top of them.
• Product management experience in B2B software. The more you have, the larger the scope you start with us.

What we offer

• Autonomy: Freedom to drive product decisions and shape the future of our AI solutions.‍
• Innovative Work: Hands-on experience with AI, Automation & Big Data technologies.
• Real Impact: Work on products and functionalities with different maturity levels, influencing their future shape.
• Comprehensive Role: Opportunity to engage in every aspect of product management, from strategy to execution and user engagement.
• Collaborative Environment: Lead diverse teams with expertise in AI, software engineering, and business intelligence.
• Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and AI-driven projects.
• ‍Freedom to act within a flat structure offering ample ownership opportunities.

Benefits

• sharing the costs of sports activities
• private medical care
• remote work opportunities
• flexible working time
