Senior System Analyst – AI & Integration (f/m/x)

Join a role where system analysis meets modern software engineering and AI. We are looking for an experienced System Analyst who designs solutions, supports development teams and uses AI to work smarter and more efficiently. You will work hands-on with code and repositories, using GitHub Copilot, AI agents and automation to streamline your daily work. As a technical leader, you will also share your expertise and mentor other analysts.

Your tasks

• Analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into system solutions

• Designing system architecture and defining how systems and their components interact

• Developing process, domain, and data flow models to support solution design

• Defining system integration approaches, data exchange mechanisms, and communication between services

• Creating and interpreting UML and BPMN diagrams to support system design and documentation

• Maintaining and updating technical documentation and models supporting the software development process

• Collaborating with development teams and other stakeholders to refine and implement technical solutions

• Using AI tools to support analysis, solution design, and day-to-day technical work

• Designing AI-powered workflows and solutions, including AI agents and process automation mechanisms

• Analyzing opportunities to apply GenAI solutions within existing processes and systems

• Supporting the design of solutions based on RAG, AI agents, and integrations with external data sources and services

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis and IT solution design

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ)

• Ability to model business processes and technical solutions using UML, BPMN, and domain models

• Proven ability to design integrations and data exchange mechanisms between systems

• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling

• Advanced knowledge of Git and experience working with GitFlow

• Practical experience with VS Code, GitHub Copilot (Agent Mode), and AI tools in everyday development workflows

• Hands-on involvement in building and deploying AI agents and custom AI solutions

• Strong prompt engineering skills, including prompt creation and AI workflow design

• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, MCP, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies

• Understanding of AI Factory / GenAI Factory concepts and their application in enterprise environments

• Practical knowledge of RAG, vector databases, MCP, and process automation

• Ability to read, understand, and work with code (Python, C#, Java, or another programming language) to analyze and define technical solutions

• Good command of both Polish and English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

• Background in the financial sector
