For our client delivering international implementation and modernization projects, we are currently looking for an experienced specialist for the position of MREF / IBM TRIRIGA Consultant.

About the project

The project covers the implementation, configuration, customization and integration of Maximo Real Estate & Facilities (MREF) / IBM TRIRIGA solutions within international implementation and modernization initiatives.

The scope includes integrations with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS), Envizi and IoT solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Configure and customize MREF/TRIRIGA capabilities supporting real estate portfolio and lease management.
• Support processes related to lease management and IFRS 16 requirements.
• Configure solutions supporting office space optimization and allocation.
• Support workplace and space management processes, including capabilities related to CAD Integrator.
• Configure and customize processes supporting service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Integrate MREF/TRIRIGA processes with IBM Maximo / Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
• Design and implement integrations using REST API, OSLC and DataConnect / Data Integrator.
• Support integrations with Envizi and IoT solutions for utility consumption measurement and building telemetry.

Our requirements

• Practical experience in the configuration of MREF / IBM TRIRIGA.
• Hands-on knowledge of Workflow Builder, Data Modeler, Form Builder and State Transition Builder.
• Experience with integrations using REST API, OSLC and DataConnect / Data Integrator.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience creating reports using BIRT.
• English at minimum B2/C1 level, enabling day-to-day project communication with clients and project participants across Europe.

Optional

• Experience integrating MREF processes with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
• Knowledge of TRIRIGA CAD Integrator / Revit Publisher.
• Experience with ESG reporting and/or IBM Envizi.
