This role is within the Standards and Controls team.

Role description

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Planning, mobilizing, and directing projects from definition to closure.

• End-to-end planning and delivery of one or more projects, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes, and benefits.

• Working closely with delivery managers and product owners to ensure project alignment with the broader change portfolio in Standards and Controls.

Requirements

Required:

• Excellent communicator.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (especially Scrum).

• Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.

• Ability to drive benefits for customers and stakeholders through change.

• Proven ability to work across regions while maintaining a global perspective.

Optional/Nice to have:

• Experience in software inventory.

• Experience in software agent roll-out and adoption.

• Knowledge of software delivery and development lifecycle.

• Familiarity with technology controls.
