Lead Pega Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Solution Design: Translate functional business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable Pega application architectures.

• Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Guide, mentor, and upskill Pega Developers; foster engineering best practices and architectural discipline across the team.

• Quality Assurance & Governance: Conduct technical design and code reviews to guarantee adherence to established development guardrails, performance benchmarks, and security standards.

• Complex Troubleshooting: Lead the investigation and resolution of critical, high-impact technical bottlenecks and production issues.

• Enterprise Integrations: Coordinate integration requirements and design patterns with API, middleware, and backend application squads.

• Agile Collaboration: Partner closely with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to support technical estimations, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Proven Pega Experience: Extensive hands-on experience in Pega development and end-to-end solution design within complex enterprise environments.

• Technical Leadership: Demonstrated track record of leading, mentoring, or acting as a technical reference point for Pega delivery teams.

• Deep Architecture Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Pega architecture, Case Management, data models, and guardrail compliance.

• Integration Expertise: Strong practical grasp of APIs (REST/SOAP), integration connectors/services, and enterprise messaging systems.

• Methodologies: Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.

• Communication: Strong English communication skills and ability to articulate architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
