Founding AI Product Manager

We are an early-stage startup building a new AI-powered product from the ground up. We are not looking for someone to execute a predefined roadmap. We are looking for a builder. Someone who is excited by ambiguity, motivated by ownership, and eager to help shape both the product and the business behind it.

This role is for a person who wants to create something meaningful from scratch, challenge assumptions, test ideas, and turn opportunities into real products.

What You'll Do

• Co-create the product vision and strategy alongside the founders.

• Identify market opportunities and validate customer needs.

• Generate, prioritize, and test product ideas.

• Define product requirements and translate business needs into actionable solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the technical team developing AI-based capabilities.

• Help shape the go-to-market approach and product positioning.

• Drive product discovery and continuous iteration based on user feedback.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Product Strategy, Innovation, or a similar role.

• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build rather than simply execute.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, unstructured environment.

• Curiosity about AI and hands-on experience using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or other Generative AI solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a startup environment.

• Previous founder, co-founder, or entrepreneurial experience.

• Experience launching new digital products or SaaS solutions.

• Familiarity with AI, LLMs, automation, no-code, or low-code tools.
