The role

We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to support and maintain critical applications and production environments. In this role, you will ensure system stability, resolve incidents, support deployments, and work closely with development and infrastructure teams to improve operational efficiency and service reliability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production and pre-production environments.

• Investigate and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive actions.

• Execute and support application deployments through CI/CD pipelines.

• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and database-related issues.

• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

• Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability capabilities.

• Automate repetitive operational tasks and processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support, Production Support, or a similar role.

• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk).

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment processes.

• Knowledge of Linux and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with databases and SQL.

• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, Shell) are a plus.

• Good understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.

• Strong communication skills and good command of English.
