About the project

Join an international team responsible for developing and maintaining integrations within the SAP Ariba environment. In this role, you will take technical ownership of SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), focusing on the development, configuration, and continuous improvement of integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other systems. You will collaborate closely with business and technology teams to ensure stable and scalable integration solutions while supporting automation and the further development of Source-to-Pay processes.

Your responsibilities

• Managing SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) configurations and developing and maintaining integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other systems
• Designing, developing, and supporting integrations using CIG, APIs, SAP CPI, and middleware technologies
• Supporting master data integrations, including supplier, material, and purchasing data
• Monitoring interfaces and integrations, analyzing logs and payloads, and resolving integration failures, data inconsistencies, and performance issues
• Performing end-to-end testing and developing integration standards, monitoring and alerting mechanisms, automation, and resiliency improvements
• Documenting integration architecture and technical specifications and collaborating with technology teams on architecture, security, and governance

Our requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba technical or integration roles
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba CIG and integrations between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA or external systems
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies, particularly SAP CPI, APIs, middleware, IDocs, SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and data mapping
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, including event-driven, batch, and real-time integrations, as well as an understanding of procurement data models and ERP structures
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including monitoring integrations, analyzing logs and payloads, and resolving issues across systems such as SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA
• Very good command of English
• Availability to work in a hybrid model with 3 days per week from the Warsaw office

Optional

• Experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or another regulated industry
• SAP Ariba and/or SAP certifications
• Experience working in a global, diverse, and multicultural environment
