Change Management Consultant - Salesforce Transformation (h/f)

Are you a motivated Change Management Consultant with 3+ years' experience and an interest in Salesforce, CRM or Customer Success transformation?

emagine has an opportunity for you to support adoption of two major Customer Success and Marketing transformations for a world-leading global brand.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in Change Management

• Experience supporting business or digital transformation programs

• Stakeholder analysis and engagement, change impact assessment, and readiness assessment

• Communications planning and execution, plus training and enablement

• Adoption measurement and reporting

• Experience with CRM, Customer Success, Marketing or Salesforce is a plus

• Experience in global, multicultural teams

• Fluent English, written and spoken

• Good presentation and facilitation skills

Tasks & Deliverables

• Support change strategies and detailed change plans

• Map impacted stakeholder groups and build engagement plans

• Create change narratives, key messages, FAQs, presentations and success stories

• Support training needs assessments and coordinate training deployment

• Define and track adoption indicators, and build readiness and adoption dashboards

• Collect user feedback, flag adoption risks and recommend mitigations

• Support post-go-live adoption and continuous improvement

What you will work on

• A Customer Success transformation on Salesforce (Customer 360, AI-powered health scores, digital success plans, workflow automation)

• A Marketing migration to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
