Dynamics 365 Senior CRM/CE Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement team and contribute to a variety of our customer engagement and Power Platform projects.

In this role, you will take ownership of functional project activities - from understanding requirements and designing practical solutions to configuration, testing, and go-live support. You will work closely with clients, solution architects, developers, and project teams to deliver solutions that meet real business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM functional consulting or a similar project delivery role

• Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE applications, such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, including forms, views, business rules, processes, security roles, and related functionality

• Good understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate

• Experience gathering and analyzing requirements, facilitating workshops, and translating business needs into functional designs and user stories

• Understanding of Dynamics 365 implementations, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities

• Ability to independently manage functional tasks, prioritize work, follow through on commitments, and collaborate effectively with delivery teams

• Strong consulting, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills

• Excellent English communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, or effort estimations

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, Power BI

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to understand business processes, clarify requirements, and recommend practical Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions

• Lead or participate in functional workshops and prepare user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and project documentation

• Configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions and collaborate with developers and architects on customizations and integrations

• Own assigned functional workstreams, proactively manage dependencies, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables

• Support data migration, system and user acceptance testing, user training, and go-live activities

• Validate delivered functionality against agreed requirements and help resolve functional issues throughout project delivery

• Build trusted client relationships through clear communication, sound recommendations, and reliable follow-through

Nice to have

• Experience with multiple Dynamics 365 CE applications, such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Customer Insights.

• Experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power BI, or other Power Platform components.

• Experience working with APIs and integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.

• Experience with solution architecture or technical design.

• Previous experience taking an opportunity from discovery through solution definition and into project delivery.

• Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 Functional Consulting, Solution Architecture, Power Platform Solution Architecture, or related areas.
