SAP Hybris Business and System Analyst

Currently, we are looking for: SAP Hybris Business and System Analyst.

About the role
We are looking for a Business and System Analyst with hands-on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) experience to join an international e-commerce project. You will bridge business teams and developers, turning requirements into clear, high-quality specifications and owning features from analysis to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support business analysts with business process modelling (BPMN)

• Drive system analysis of requirements: As-Is vs To-Be, Fit/Gap, mapping requirements to system capabilities

• Create high-quality specifications and system documentation

• Take end-to-end responsibility for feature delivery, acting as the single point of contact for developers, team lead, QA and business stakeholders

Key skills (top priorities)

• Experience with BA tools: modelling notations (UML, BPMN), diagramming tools (Visio, draw.io), UI wireframing and prototyping (Balsamiq, InVision), backlog and wiki tools (Jira, Confluence)

• Strong e-commerce domain knowledge, B2B and/or B2C

• Communication skills that allow you to drive system analysis and turn requirements into high-quality specifications

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions

• Understanding of the SAP Hybris application lifecycle

• Previous experience as a Business and/or System Analyst

• Proven experience in gathering requirements, writing user stories and end-to-end delivery

• Experience creating process documentation (BPMN) and system documentation (user stories, ERD, sequence diagrams, DFD)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including technical writing

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management or a related field
