About the project

The project is delivered for an international company in the healthcare sector, supporting teams working in an Agile and Scaled Agile environment. We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master who is ready to develop towards a Junior Release Train Engineer (RTE) role.

English: C1

Recruitment process: 1 interview + an additional interview may be required

B2B contract, rate up to 155 PLN/h

Your responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support effective Agile delivery.
• Coordinate dependencies, blockers, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Support PI Planning and other ART-level ceremonies.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Support coordination and alignment across the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Gradually take on responsibilities of a Junior Release Train Engineer (RTE).
• Configure and manage Jira, dashboards, boards, and reporting.

Our requirements

• 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master.
• Experience working in an ART or other scaled agile environment (and ideally, SAFe RTE or SPC training experience, or extense experience supporting an RTE) is a mandatory prerequisite.
• Advanced knowledge of configuring Jira and Jira Dashboards is a must.
• English C1

• Jira Plan / Structure configurations experience is good to have.
• Thriving in Agile Leadership is a strong nice to have.
