Product Development Engineer

Twój zakres obowiązków

After an intensive training on product, processes and design tools, the person will support platform engineers in several tasks related to the new product development or change process,

mainly in area of product design:

• Design of cutting tools with 3D-CAD Pro E / Creo

• Responsibility for creating documentation (CAD drawings, parts lists, modifications, sales documents) in product development projects

• Series support, change request management and collaboration in ratio projects

• Support Quality improvement projects

• Technical clarifications with Platform Engineers, production and suppliers

• Technical team member for projects based on the existing product range

Nasze wymagania

• Experience in product development and project management
• Initial project management experience in an international environment is an advantage
• Some years of working experience in a similar position are a plus
• Autonomous working, care for details, methodic approach
• Preferred: Experience in a destructive testing laboratory
• Broad knowledge of CAD (ideally CAD ProE/Creo) mechanical drawing (2D) and modelling (3D), ideally
• experience with software Creo
• Experience in technical documentation (drawings, parts lists, changes)
• Microsoft office package knowledge, with main focus on Excel
• Knowledge of FMEA method, calculation tools (e.g. Matlab) are a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineer or similar subject (Construction, Materials
• Engineering, Welding Engineering
• Mandatory good knowledge English language
• Strong communication skills and team spirit ability to work in a team
• Experience in communicating with suppliers and production (technical clarifications)
• Systematic and sustainable approach
• Willigness to travel
