Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented IT Legal Counsel to join our Legal Team at Billennium. In this role, you will provide practical, business-focused legal support across the organization, helping ensure legal security while enabling business growth. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions and contribute to informed decision-making through clear, thoughtful legal guidance.

What You Will Do:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice to internal stakeholders on contractual, operational, and compliance matters.

• Draft, review, and support the negotiation of commercial, IT, procurement, and other business agreements.

• Identify legal and contractual risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and delivery teams throughout contract and tender processes.

• Prepare legal analyses, opinions, and recommendations to support business decisions.

• Contribute to corporate governance activities and maintain legal documentation and templates.

• Monitor legal developments and support compliance initiatives across the organization.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Law.

• 3-8 years of experience in a legal advisory role, preferably within an international environment.

• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, employment law, and IT/IP law.

• Experience in contract negotiations and legal risk assessment.

• Fluency in Polish & English.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly.

• Relationship-building mindset with a collaborative and stakeholder-focused approach.

• Experience working within the IT, technology, consulting, or outsourcing sector.

• Familiarity with international contract frameworks and cross-border operations.
