L3 Engineer – Microsoft 365 Viva

Summary

The primary function of this role is to provide L3 support for M365 operations centered on Microsoft 365 Viva modules. This involves ensuring service stability, resolving complex incidents, and enhancing operational capabilities within the organization.

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Viva

• Solid understanding of M365 ecosystem integrations (Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID)

• Proven experience in L3 senior support or operations engineering role for M365

• Strong troubleshooting skills related to Viva configuration, content permissions, and integrations

• Experience with ITSM processes and ability to perform root cause analysis

• Knowledge of service reliability, SLAs, and operational KPIs

• Hands-on experience with PowerShell and M365 admin portals

• Experience in enterprise or large-scale environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

• Familiarity with content management or internal communications platforms

• Exposure to change management for digital workplace tools

• Experience with monitoring, analytics, or M365 adoption reports

• Experience with Graph API or advanced PowerShell automation

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, Viva, SharePoint, or Teams-related certs)

• Experience working with HR, Comms, or L&D stakeholders
