Trainer (m/f/n)

We are looking for a Trainer (m/f/n) to join our client's team on a project for an EU institution in Warsaw.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in IT

• A minimum of 3 years of project experience relevant to the profile or at a similar position

• Higher degree diploma (bachelor or engineer) 

• English level C1

• Certificates: Comptia CTT+ or an equivalent recognised internationally

• Proven experience as a trainer in ICT technologies and tools

• Experience in planning the scope of training, designing and writing training materials as well as evaluating training effectiveness

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Capability to perform workshops and instructor-led trainings (classroom/remote)

• Knowledge of effective teaching standards, methods and techniques

• Knowledge of office automation tools, video-conferencing and training tools

• Good organizational and time management skills

Specific requirements:

• Mastery of SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools

• Expertise in providing support and training to end users

• Exceptional collaborative skills

• Versatility in technologies and platforms

Typical tasks and responsibilities:

• Carrying out training needs analysis to identify gaps between current and desired skill levels

• Gathering, registering in a single repository, safeguarding, and making available for reuse the existing training materials for ICT applications and related business processes

• Collecting lessons learned from previous and current trainings

• Setting objectives, proposing education means, learning styles, education programme, sourcing, and methods of measuring effectiveness of education for use of ICT applications

• Providing direct training classes, workshops, lab trainings for end users of ICT applications

• Providing direct training and mentoring in the scope of use of ICT applications to mid and top management in the company

• Bridging developers with the end users by contributing to the requirements and change management processes for new applications and further evolution of existing applications based on feedback from trainings

• Participating in the delivery of new ICT applications and contributing to the projects in scope of planning and delivering trainings related to these projects

• Analysing business processes and learning the new applications being delivered to support these business processes in the scope and depth necessary for actual delivery of trainings for use of these applications

• Designing training programme, training materials, training hands-on exercises, evaluation of training effectiveness

• Producing training materials, computer-based training, e-learning, video tutorials, training scenarios

• Promoting training offerings among staff

• To manage training schedules, booking training facilities, preparing training technical environments (training instances of the ICT applications)

Offer:

• Rate: 325 EUR/MD net (pure B2B, without paid holidays)

• B2B contract signed with SHIMI 

• Long-term cooperation (minimum 3 years)

• Work model: remote/hybrid, near-site (regular presence at the Warsaw office may be required, up to 12 days per quarter) - frequency to be agreed upon with the manager during the interviews.
