About the project

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Salesforce Architect (with Salesforce Field Service) to lead the design and implementation of Field Service solutions on the Salesforce platform. The person in this role will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust architectures, deliver configuration and customization, and support adoption through training.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze client business requirements and advise on best practices for leveraging Salesforce Field Service.
• Design solution architecture for Field Service that aligns with client objectives and long-term strategy.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Field Service components, including dispatch rules, scheduling, and resource management.
• Lead discussions and collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and knowledge transfer.
• Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support, particularly during initial deployment and stabilization phases.
• Identify technical and process risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Document solution architecture, processes, configuration, and implementation recommendations.

Our requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience working with Salesforce, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing Salesforce Field Service solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and architecture, including data model, security, and integrations.
• Proven ability to interact and conduct discussions with both business and technical stakeholders to elicit requirements and present technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to translate business needs into technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in diverse, multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Knowledge of service management and support processes is an advantage.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications, particularly those related to Field Service, are preferred.
• Experience supporting clients who are new to Salesforce Field Service.
• Familiarity with integration tools and process automation capabilities within Salesforce.
