Our Digital Hub is Toyota Motor Europe’s IT research and development centre, established in 2026 in Wrocław. We develop and maintain software and connected digital services for the Toyota and Lexus brands in Europe.

Role Summary

The Toyota Core IT department manages transversal IT infrastructure and technology components. We are looking to strengthen our Infrastructure Architecture team. The team acts as a glue between application development teams and technology/infrastructure teams, governing and driving the evolution of the TME technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard application projects, understand impacts on ecosystem, plan and follow-up related technological changes

• Support infrastructure teams introducing new technologies by analysing impacts, planning and follow-up

• Define technology roadmaps (lifecycle, rationalisation)

• Define detailed patterns to best leverage technology usage

• Engage with application teams to understand needs, identify improvements and facilitate discussions with technology support teams

• Identify dependencies and support planning of upgrades

• Collaborate with Core IT teams (Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Middleware, Database) to align roadmaps and priorities

• Location: Wrocław, Plac Konstytucji 3 Maja 3

• Employment Type: Permanent

• Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 to 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility for travel to Head Office in Brussels

• Language Requirements: Professional proficiency in English is essential

Qualifications & Skills

• Good command of English

• Eager to learn new things

• Strong analytical mindset; able to ask the right questions, dig deeper and crosscheck facts

• Interest in modern IT technologies and infrastructure (cloud, SDLC, on-premise)

• Ability to think in terms of use cases and capabilities; distil principles and patterns and help others apply them

• AI minded and willing to use AI to learn

We offer

Base salary depending on candidate’s skills and experience: PLN 9 000 - 10 000 gross per month under a permanent employment contract (UoP).
