About the project

Join an AI-First Workforce Enablement program within a global pharmaceutical and healthcare organization, focused on leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Data Science to optimize IT support operations and improve service delivery.

You will collaborate with Data Scientists and the development team to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, enhance self-service capabilities, and support proactive problem management across IT support levels, from L0 self-service to L1 Service Desk, L2 Onsite IT Services, and L3 IT Professional Services.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze IT support data and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Improve self-service capabilities and optimize Service Desk and IT Operations processes.
• Support AI-based proactive problem management.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure program progress and solution effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and development teams.

Our requirements

• Experience as a Data Scientist.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Generative AI or AI-driven automation.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and data analysis.
• Experience with Service Desk or IT Operations optimization.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.

Optional

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated environments.
