IT Business Analyst

About the project

The project is being delivered for an international pharmaceutical company and focuses on business process transformation and the development of IT solutions supporting the supply chain of Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) products. The solutions operate in a highly regulated environment, where compliance with GxP requirements, quality, and security are key priorities.

Your responsibilities

• Create and manage GMP requirements as Agile stories.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering meetings.
• Support end-user feedback on the solution design, as needed.
• Verify the solution's adherence to requirements during testing and participate in test defect triage.

Our requirements

• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing, ideally in the Pharma/Life Sciences industry.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and discussions with small and large groups.
• Experience and knowledge of processes and procedures for GxP-validated systems.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience writing Agile stories and acceptance criteria.
• Leadership and consultancy skills.
• An Agile mindset.

Optional

• Knowledge of the SAFe framework.
• Experience with global or multi-site deployment projects.
• Experience with SAP solutions.
