SQL / SSIS Support Engineer (Hybrid - Wrocław)

Wymagania

• Advanced SQL skills and SQL optimization in enterprise MS SQL Server environments.
• Strong SSIS / ETL development, package optimization, and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and preventive improvements.
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact with users and explain technical topics clearly.
• Hands-on experience creating or maintaining Power BI operational dashboards.
• Prior experience supporting large-scale enterprise data platforms or self-service ETL tools.

Zakres obowiązków

• Technical Product Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for AutoETL/CVMS users; analyze user queries regarding tables, data definitions, and usage, and drive incidents to complete resolution.
• L2/L3 Troubleshooting & Remediation: Perform end-to-end incident triage, root-cause analysis (RCA), code/fix implementation, validation testing, and detailed runbook documentation.
• Proactive Monitoring: Maintain and enhance Power BI and SQL Server monitoring dashboards to detect system anomalies early and apply preventive measures before business impact occurs.
• Database & SSIS Development: Design and implement fixes, performance optimizations, and maintenance scripts within MS SQL Server and SSIS packages to improve system scalability and stability.
