About the project

We’re seeking an experienced Secure Development Infrastructure Project Manager to drive delivery of cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives that strengthen vulnerability management and secure development practices.

In this role, you’ll coordinate multiple complex projects within a global environment—working with cybersecurity specialists, engineering teams, and business partners to improve discovery, remediation, and control of vulnerabilities across technology platforms.

This position combines project ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic delivery, ensuring that infrastructure and security programmes are executed on time, within scope, and in compliance with security standards.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive end‑to‑end project plans—scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Serve as the main contact for stakeholders across cybersecurity, technology, and business units, ensuring alignment of expectations.
• Manage RAID items (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and mitigation actions.
• Oversee budget and resource allocation, ensuring timely, cost‑effective project delivery.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication.
• Track progress and prepare concise status and performance reports for management.
• Adjust project plans to handle changes in scope, risk, or dependencies.
• Conduct post‑project reviews and drive continuous improvement across delivery processes.

Our requirements

• Proven track record in project management within technology or cybersecurity contexts.
• Strong experience with planning methodologies and tools (Agile, Jira, Confluence).
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, networking, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
• Strong critical‑thinking and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Collaborative and adaptable mindset with strong ethical values and integrity.

Optional

• Experience leading projects focused on secure development, vulnerability management, or IT infrastructure modernisation.
• Familiarity with enterprise‑scale technology environments and cross‑regional coordination.
