SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant

Our client is a global FMCG organisation operating an extensive network of manufacturing and distribution facilities across multiple countries.

The company is currently investing heavily in the standardisation and digitalisation of business processes through a global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. As part of this initiative, they are looking for an experienced SAP PM professional who combines strong functional expertise with business analysis capabilities.

Your responsibilities

• Take ownership of SAP Plant Maintenance solutions across international manufacturing sites,
• Drive maintenance and asset management process improvements within SAP,
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define future-state maintenance processes,
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP PM and SAP MM solutions,
• Review and challenge functional solution designs delivered by implementation partners,
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation activities, including workshops, testing and deployments,
• Ensure alignment between maintenance operations, spare parts management and procurement processes,
• Facilitate collaboration between business users, IT teams and external vendors,
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the SAP landscape,
• Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Our requirements

• Strong SAP PM expertise gained within manufacturing environments,
• Experience in SAP PM configuration and optimisation,
• Good understanding of SAP MM/QM and maintenance-related procurement processes,
• Experience supporting SAP implementation or transformation programmes,
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA,
• Strong business analysis skills and stakeholder management capabilities,
• Ability to work across multiple business functions and countries,
• Fluent English communication skills,
• SAP QM knowledge would be considered an advantage.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range from 270000 PLN to 330000 PLN annually,
• Benefits package including bonuses,
