Java SRE Engineer

Key Skills:

• Strong Java application support and troubleshooting

• JVM monitoring, application logs, and performance analysis

• SQL queries for data analysis and issue investigation

• Unix/Linux server troubleshooting

• Production incident management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

• ITSM processes: Incident, Problem & Change Management

• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and ticketing tools is a plus

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain enterprise Java applications in production.

• Troubleshoot incidents and ensure system stability and availability.

• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues within SLAs.

• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.

• Support deployments, releases, and continuous service improvement.
