Fullstack Software Engineer

The Missions & Insights team is at the absolute core of Motorola Solutions’ next-generation ecosystem. We build the intelligent, data-driven platforms that turn massive streams of real-time critical communications into actionable insights for first responders and enterprise security teams.

Our mission is to empower decision-makers with the right information at the exact moment it matters most. By leveraging advanced analytics, cloud-native architectures, and intuitive user interfaces, our department transforms raw emergency data into life-saving operational intelligence. If you want to build software where optimization and latency directly impact public safety, this is where you belong.

• DevOps & Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (unit, integration, and E2E tests). Participate in CI/CD pipeline automation and monitor production system health.

• Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in sprint planning, code reviews, and cross-functional team discussions to continuously improve engineering practices.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
