First Line Analyst (English)

Start day: 07.09.2026 (non negotiable)

Responsibilities:

• Use and improve your language skills by daily work in English

• Communicate with an international customer via telephone and e-mail

• Have daily chats in and English

• Learn a lot and develop your professional profile

• Gain some IT knowledge

• Participate in trainings and talent programs

• Have a stable workplace with flexible scheduling

• Work in safe and friendly atmosphere, where people matter

Requirements:

• You speak English fluently (B2/C1)

• You are open for night shifts and working during the weekend

• You know how to ask the right questions to reach the core

• You have outstanding communication skills and costumer focused mind-set

• You have MS Office skills

• You have first experience in IT customer service

• You have experience on the first line of technical support
