AI App Support & Implementation Specialist

For our client, an international AI and enterprise software provider (SaaS), we are looking for:

AI Implementation Specialist (AI app support)
100% Remote
Temporary employment contract with Harvey Nash
Salary: 9 000 - 12 350 PLN gross / month
Duration: 12 months (extension / transition to hire is probable)
Working time: 9-5
Process: 2 stages (video-interviews) 

Tasks:

• Set up and configure enterprise integrations with customer systems

• Act as a consultant and advisor for customers and internal stakeholders

• Act as the main technical point of contact during customer implementations and migrations

• Scope use cases and translate them into clear technical requirements

• Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues independently

• Document integration setups and troubleshooting guides

• Work with our engineering team to escalate bugs and complex issues

 Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in application implementation, integration or support

• Experience with AI tools / apps implementation and/or tech support

• Software troubleshooting skills

• Fluent in English

• Permitted to work in Poland

• Nice to have: B2B customers support, knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, BI, etc.) or integrating with them, platform integrations (SSO, SCIM, API), leadership experience, experience with LMS
