Head of Data and Analytics

Your responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Data Engineers and BI professionals.
• Own and drive the Data & Analytics roadmap across the organisation.
• Deliver a unified reporting environment and support business reporting needs through Power BI.
• Oversee the data platform, including architecture, performance, scalability, and cost optimisation.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to improve data quality, governance, and reporting standards.
• Manage the reporting backlog and prioritise initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Support the implementation of new data sources and the modernisation of the data landscape.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and communicate updates to senior leadership.
• Build team resilience through knowledge sharing and process standardisation.

Our requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Analytics.
• Previous experience leading teams or managing large-scale data initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Azure data services.
• Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake or Synapse).
• Strong Power BI expertise.
• Experience modelling and working with ERP data.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
