ATS Junior Consultant with French

About the project

We are PxP Shape, a dynamic company founded by two experienced partners, specializing in the delivery and support of recruitment IT solutions (ATS) to large international companies.

We are currently seeking a Junior Consultant who will play a crucial role in our operations. As an ATS Junior Consultant, you will be responsible for analysing, configuring, launching, and testing ATS solutions for our clients. Additionally, you may be involved in conducting training sessions to help our clients succeed.

To be successful in this role, you should have a background in either HR/recruitment or IT, preferably in consulting, support, or another client-facing role. Your analytical thinking skills and ability to work independently will be essential for understanding and addressing our clients' unique needs and challenges. Fluency in English and French is a must. A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player are also important qualities we seek in our candidates.

Your responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to understand their specific requirements and objectives for the ATS solution.
• Analyze client needs and configure ATS solutions accordingly, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Conduct thorough testing of ATS solutions to identify and address any issues or bugs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and training materials, to help clients use their ATS solution effectively.
• Provide training and support to clients, guiding them through the features and functionality of their ATS solution to maximize its value.

Our requirements

• Background in either HR/recruitment or IT, preferably in consulting, support, or another client-facing role, is a plus.
