Your role

We are looking for a SharePoint Architect with experience in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform to design and lead enterprise collaboration, content management, and modernization initiatives.

You will take architectural responsibility for SharePoint-based solutions, covering information architecture, governance, security, integrations, and automation.

Your projects

Depending on project needs, you will work on:
•    Enterprise SharePoint Online platforms, intranets, portals, and collaboration solutions.
•    Legacy-to-cloud and tenant-to-tenant migrations, carve-outs, mergers, and content consolidation.
•    Business applications and workflow automation using SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
•    Governance, security, and lifecycle improvements for enterprise collaboration and content management.

Your tasks

• Lead the architecture and technical direction of SharePoint solutions, acting as design authority for assigned solutions. 

• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and supportable designs, and document target architectures and migration approaches.

• Define information architecture, including sites, hubs, navigation, metadata, content types, search, and permissions.

• Establish provisioning, ownership, access, external sharing, and lifecycle standards in collaboration with security and operational teams.

• Shape integrations and automation across SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform, including deployment and application lifecycle approaches.

• Assess dependencies and risks, explain architectural options to stakeholders, and guide delivery teams throughout implementation.

Your profile

• Experience as an Architect, Senior Engineer, or Consultant delivering enterprise SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions, with at least 7 years of hands-on SharePoint expertise.

• Strong SharePoint Online expertise, including information architecture, document management, search, and governance.

• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 integrations, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint APIs, and PowerShell.

• Understanding of SPFx, supporting Azure services, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management.

• Experience with SharePoint migrations and enterprise security, compliance, and data protection requirements.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture and communicate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and client leadership.

• Familiarity with migration tools or Microsoft Purview is an advantage.

• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
