About the project

We are looking for an experienced Lead Fullstack Engineer to join a team developing a modern SaaS platform for international enterprise clients.

The platform enables organizations to automate complex workflows, manage business operations, and analyze data in real time.

You will take technical ownership of key platform components, shape architectural decisions, and lead engineering initiatives while remaining actively involved in hands-on development. The role requires strong expertise in both React/TypeScript and Java/Spring Boot, with a particular focus on modern frontend architecture and scalable backend systems.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of fullstack applications using React, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Take ownership of frontend and backend architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Design and implement complex React components, reusable UI solutions, and state management patterns.
• Develop Java-based microservices, REST APIs, and integrations with external systems.
• Drive technical decisions, establish coding standards, and improve engineering practices.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and support the team in solving complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver new platform capabilities.

Our requirements

• 7+ years of commercial software development experience, including experience in technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.
• Strong commercial experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Experience designing complex React applications, reusable components, and state management using Redux or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous communication, and system integrations.
• Experience with SQL databases, Hibernate/JPA, and database optimization.
• Practical knowledge of automated testing, including JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or React Testing Library.
• Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to make architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and maintain hands-on involvement in development.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Optional

• Experience with Next.js and frontend performance optimization.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Experience with Kafka or other event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time applications.
• Experience modernizing legacy applications or leading frontend migrations.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
