Role description

• Manage platform operations, user onboarding, access management, and feature configuration.

• Provide updates on service status, known issues, and cloud consumption trends.

• Identify opportunities to automate processes (e.g., ticket handling, access provisioning).

• Remediate security findings in line with established guidelines.

• Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support (Service Desk/L2 support).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in automation (e.g., Python) and cloud security fundamentals (IAM, least privilege).

• Fluent English (minimum B2) for global collaboration.

Desirable:

• Experience with GCP (Cloud Run), AWS, or Azure.

• Familiarity with Apptio Cloudability, Power BI, Jira, ServiceNow.

• Knowledge of FinOps principles (tagging, cost allocation, budgeting).
