Mid-Level Customer Service Specialist – Audit Support

Krakow-based opportunity with a hybrid work model, including up to 3 remote days per week.

As a Mid-Level Customer Service Specialist – Audit Support, you will be working for our client, supporting customers during the demanding audit peak season. You will help process requests, prepare accurate reports, and ensure that statements and other essential documents are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on time. Your contribution will help maintain exceptional service standards and drive customer satisfaction in an international environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Process customer requests efficiently during the audit peak season.
• Prepare accurate reports, statements, and other required documents.
• Respond to customer requests with clear, helpful, and timely information.
• Ensure all required documentation is delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain a high standard of service throughout every customer interaction.
• Prioritise and manage multiple tasks according to their criticality.
• Contribute to a consistently positive customer experience and high customer satisfaction.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, audit support, administration, or a related field.
• Native-level Polish, both written and verbal.
• Communicative English at B2 level, both written and verbal.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
• The ability to work independently and under time pressure.
• Experience working effectively in an international, team-oriented environment.

Language Required for the role: Native-level Polish and communicative English at B2 level.
