Ansible Developer

Summary: The primary objective of this role is to work with the Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), focusing on developing automated solutions for monitoring and logging that support various stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop complex Ansible roles and playbooks for automating tasks across multiple environments.

• Create robust, scalable, and dynamic playbooks utilizing advanced Ansible features.

• Follow coding standards and guidelines while debugging and troubleshooting automation scripts.

• Manage configuration and resources within the Ansible Automation Platform.

• Integrate Ansible with CI/CD tools and ensure security and compliance automation.

• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and document work processes effectively.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of IT Automation experience.

• Significant experience with Ansible.

• Strong skills in Ansible playbook development.

• Experience with infrastructure automation (servers, databases, storage, network).

• Knowledge of Git and version control systems.

• Familiarity with CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Bamboo).

• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Configuration and management of resources in AAP, as well as experience in custom module development using python
