IT Project Manager (Mid-level)

emagine is looking for an IT Project Manager for one of our partners in Aarhus.

Be aware, that even if the role might seem like a senior role regarding responsibilities and must haves, the rate card indicates that they are looking for a more junior/mid-level profile. Senior candidates at lower-than-normal rates is also relevant.

The Project Manager role is critical for leading IT projects, utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies to ensure successful delivery and alignment with client needs and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects independently, applying agile and scrum principles.

• Facilitate agile processes and maintain strong collaboration with customers and internal teams.

• Oversee complex project progress while mitigating risks and dependencies.

• Ensure resource and cost management aligns with contractual requirements.

• Utilize stakeholder management skills to engage and inform all parties involved.

• Analyze and comprehend complex challenges and customer needs.

Must Haves:

• Experience in IT project management, particularly in production environments.

• Knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies and traditional project management practices.

• Stakeholder management skills.

• Risk and dependency management skills

• Commercial mindset with a high level of engagement.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience from the consulting industry.
