Wymagania

• Advanced Java skills and experience building backend services.
• Good grasp of SRE practices: monitoring, alerting, SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and incident management.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus (PromQL, exporters, alerting rules) and Grafana (dashboards, alerting, configuration automation).
• Understanding of reliability and observability: high availability, fault tolerance, resilience patterns, logging, metrics, and distributed tracing.
• Experience with testing (JUnit, Mockito, integration and API tests).
• Proactive, quick to learn, and able to contribute from day one.
• Nice to have: JavaScript/TypeScript and a frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular).

Zakres obowiązków

• Shape solution architecture for Java-based SRE tools together with architects, product managers, and clients.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions: Java backend services, REST APIs, databases, frontend, CI/CD pipelines, and automated tests.
• Build monitoring and alerting with Prometheus and Grafana, including metrics, dashboards, and alerting workflows.
• Ensure systems are reliable and observable, with high availability, fault tolerance, resilience patterns, logging, and distributed tracing.
• Set coding and testing standards and lead code reviews to keep the codebase secure and maintainable.
• Promote automated unit, integration, and API testing (JUnit, Mockito).
