- Lead discovery sessions and translate complex, often ambiguous business challenges into actionable technical solutions.
- Design, prototype, build, and deploy production-grade applications leveraging software engineering, cloud, data, automation, and AI technologies.
- Integrate solutions across enterprise systems, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party services to create seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, data specialists, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive tangible outcomes.
- Continuously improve deployed solutions through monitoring, optimization, troubleshooting, and user feedback.
- Capture reusable frameworks, implementation patterns, and best practices that accelerate future client engagements and product development.

Requirements

- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or a comparable language.
- Experience designing and building backend services, APIs, integrations, automation workflows, or full-stack applications.
- Practical experience working with databases, data models, and structured or unstructured data.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of modern software development practices including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and containerized deployments.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous business problems and define pragmatic, scalable technical solutions.
- Experience working closely with customers, business stakeholders, product owners, or end users.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong ownership mindset, adaptability, and a passion for solving real-world problems.

Nice to have:
- Experience deploying AI, Generative AI, LLM, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases, AI agents, model evaluation, and prompt engineering.
