About Mimica

Mimica is an AI-powered process intelligence platform enabling enterprises and individuals to reclaim their most precious resource: time. Mimica automatically analyzes your team’s work, then generates the AI agents to execute it. Our software turns everyday work into data-backed decisions, helping companies remove process bottlenecks, automate the right tasks, and upskill teams with precision and confidence.

We’ve raised $26 million in Series B financing and are scaling fast. Backed by investors including Khosla Ventures and Paladin Capital, our proprietary AI technology is trusted by Fortune 500 companies to accelerate transformation.

Our Team and Engineering Approach

Behind our platform is a team of exceptionally talented people, remote-first and globally distributed across 16+ countries. We're looking for curious, collaborative people excited to solve complex problems. We’ve achieved strong product-market fit and are now scaling with intention. You’ll join a 60-person team of Senior+ engineers and Product leaders who prioritise product impact over mere headcount.

• We prioritize customer needs first
• We work in small, cross-functional, feature-oriented teams
• We have flexibility in terms of the problems we work on
• We own the full lifecycle of our projects
• We avoid silos and encourage taking up tasks in new areas
• We balance quality and velocity
• We have a shared responsibility for our production code
• We each set our own routine to maximize our productivity

Your Mission

You will join our Mapper Team, whose goal is to produce and service the Process Maps that are at the core of Mimica's product. You will take ownership of projects end-to-end, build new features, release improvements to existing components, and take operational responsibility for what you build. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the technical direction, processes and culture of the Engineering org, Chapter and Team.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Developing data-visualisation applications and new features around displaying significant large data properties (e.g., insights regarding processes, workflows and metrics) in effective ways, with scalability & reliability in mind.
• Building interfaces and real-time frontend services that enable multiple users to edit graph data and re-train AI models through their input.
• Owning projects end-to-end as part of small teams, collaborating with our TLs and Product Managers.
• Participating in architectural decisions, collaborating across teams to identify and implement product improvements and producing documentation for your implementations.
• Participate in and improve the Team's and Chapter's internal processes and rituals so that we're more effective.
• Providing feedback to peers through RFCs, code reviews and helping those around you to level up.
• Participating in hiring and onboarding new team members.
