Full-Stack Developer – TypeScript / React / Node.js

100% Remote | B2B | 12-month contract | Start ASAP

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join an international team working on a global internal platform supporting network planning and infrastructure development.

The project is currently undergoing a major transformation focused on automation, network design and integration of financial and operational processes.

🚀 What is the project about?

The goal is to connect the entire process:

Requirement → Network Design → Bill of Materials → Order → Delivery

The team is moving away from manual processes and Excel-based workflows towards an automated platform.

You'll work on:

• network planning and network design automation,

• automated workflows,

• Bill of Materials generation,

• financial process automation,

• integrations with other systems and teams,

• further development and transformation of the existing application.

This is an opportunity to have a real impact on how the product and processes work, not just on individual pieces of code.

🛠️ Tech stack

Must-have:

• TypeScript

• React

• Node.js

• Full-Stack development experience

• Experience with databases

• REST APIs

• Ability to independently take ownership of a task from analysis to implementation

You'll encounter:

• MariaDB

• Neo4j

• Redis

• Kubernetes

Nice to have:

• Kubernetes

• Neo4j / graph databases

• Redis

• Application architecture

• System integrations

• Docker / Docker Compose

• Jenkins / ArgoCD

• AWS / AWS Bedrock

• Claude Code or other AI tools

• Vite / ESBuild

• Python

• OIDC / SSO

• Linux/Unix

👉 Don't know Kubernetes yet? That's fine. It's not a must-have and the team is ready to help you develop this skill.

🧠 Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who is genuinely Full-Stack, rather than someone focused exclusively on frontend or backend.

You'll be a great fit if you:

• are very strong in TypeScript,

• have solid commercial experience with React and Node.js,

• can work comfortably across frontend and backend,

• can analyse problems independently,

• don't need perfectly defined requirements to get started,

• know how to find the information you need,

• communicate well with both developers and business stakeholders,

• can propose a solution and then implement it yourself,

• enjoy working in a small, international team.

Independence is key.

Your manager may give you a general problem and direction rather than a detailed ticket. Your responsibility will be to understand the problem, speak to the right people, gather requirements, design the approach and deliver the solution.

💼 What we offer

• 100% remote work

• 12-month contract

• International environment

• Work on a global-scale internal product

• Real influence on architecture, functionality and automation

• Opportunity to work with modern technologies including TypeScript, React, Node.js, Neo4j, MariaDB and Redis

• Support in developing Kubernetes skills
