ESG Reporting Specialist / Analyst

Model of work: hybrid (3x per week work from office in Warsaw)
Type of contract: B2B, long-term cooperation
Rate: up to 140 PLN net+ vat/ hour

Introduction & Summary

We are seeking up to 3 consultants to support our ESG reporting initiatives for Pillar 3 and related projects. Ideal candidates will bring a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, proficiency in English, and a solid background in ESG knowledge and reporting systems. Relevant skills in data handling and process automation are critical for this role.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in ESG report production work.

• Contribute to the development of ESG reporting processes for Pillar 3 and Pillar 1.

• Deliver ESG reporting in accordance with guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Analyze datasets and compile reports to financial supervisory authorities.

• Write process requirements for future ESG reporting.

• Collaborate with the solution delivery unit for IT development.

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and dry runs for developed features.

Key Requirements

• Fluency in English.

• Minimum of 5 years professional experience.

• Proficiency in Excel; advanced level.

• Beneficial skills in SQL, Alteryx, and Python.

• ESG knowledge is essential.

• Understanding of banks' balance sheet structure.

• Experience in reporting system development.

• Strong data handling, reporting, and process automation capabilities.

• End-to-end process handling experience.

• Flexible approach to changes and excellent communication skills.

• Advanced stakeholder management abilities.

• Cross-team collaboration skills.
